Justin began his construction career while attending Ithaca College, working for a general contractor while earning his degree in Business Management and Real Estate. After graduating, he advanced quickly in the multifamily housing industry, ultimately becoming a Vice President of Operations for a large multifamily operator, where he oversaw daily operations and managed multi-million-dollar CapEx projects, including property-wide unit renovation projects, large structural repairs, building upgrades, and amenity enhancements across multiple communities.

Parallel to his corporate career, Justin has also completed full-scale rehab and flip projects for his own real estate portfolio, giving him hands-on experience with residential construction, value-add improvements, and finish selections. Justin holds an active Maryland Real Estate License, which keeps him current on market trends, modern design preferences, and the features that create real value for buyers and renters. This blend of real estate insight and construction expertise allows him to approach every project as both a build and an investment.

After years of struggling to find contractors who prioritized communication, reliability, and craftsmanship, Justin partnered with Agustin to create Innovate Construction Solutions — a company built on integrity, quality workmanship, and a relationship-first approach. Today, Justin oversees client communication, planning, design coordination, and project operations to ensure every customer receives a seamless experience and results they’re proud to live or work in.
